Attention Registrants:
The deadline for the full payment of your Overflow balance is Jan 31.
But there is good news! In the spirit of God’s wonderful grace; the Overflow Team is pleased to announce a “Week of Grace”.
You will now have until midnight Feb 7th (a full week of grace) to make your final payment. This Week of Grace is also extended to those who have not yet registered. Pass the word to your congregation and friends that they may register at the Early Bird Rate through Feb 7.
However, registration grace will not last forever. On Feb 8, all registrations with unpaid balances will lose their “early bird” discounts and be converted to “regular registrations”. So to insure that you do not lose your early sign-up discount, make your final payment before Feb 8.
Also as you are making your final payments please enter your travel plans. The shuttles to and from the Orlando airport and the hotel are being scheduled on Thursday and Saturday based upon the information you provide in your registration account. Your response will enable us to be sure there is adequate transportation for you.
