Be prepared to "think outside the box" as we explore and share new and exciting methods of Gospel-focused early childhood ministries.  From collecting fees, hiring teachers, and working with families, one may often feel quite twisted and squeezed in many directions - without any clue of which direction to turn.  Come to be molded and transformed as we discuss and discover methods that can help you become a visionary leader that partners with families, congregations, and staff members in both the school and church.We will also explore the future of our ministry as it relates to enrollment, how best to serve families and children, and how to develop a program that everyone in the community will want to be a part of.  This is the latest LEA/ECEnet Early Childhood Leadership Institute module.
